We have a strong track record working with residential developers and M&E contractors and have installed over 500 systems in recent years for residential, retail and commercial builds including shopping centres and car parks. All of our standard products are cost effective, designed to fit any building and have LABC approval, giving guaranteed Building Control acceptance.
The residential sector is one of our most important markets and one in which we have been pioneers for many years. Our uniVent smoke shaft system was the first integrated smoke ventilation system for apartment buildings. All of our smoke systems are LANTAC approved for use in England and Wales. We work closely with many of the premier National Developers and Contractors.
